It was Mad dogs big one nine the other night. A couple buds from North Van went over and shredded with him the day after. Eric put this rad video together of Mad Dogs jumps and them shredding Hungover. Happy Birthday Luke !

I was up in Whistler this weekend. Harookz was shooting the RedBull Exodus mass DH. So bummed I couldn’t race. Afterwards, everyone ended up in the Longhorn to watch Worlds on the TV’s. Needless to say it got rowdy

I’ve been pretty bored for the passed week or so. I took apart my old Nishiki 10 speed, stripped the paint, and single speeded it. Perfect bike for getting to and from the pub. Also picked up these nice ano skewers from a 3.99 bargain bin.

This passed weekend was a big one, saturday night was Jesses big wedding night, congrats to Mills and and JR! In other news; my Elbow is healing up faster then I had hoped, but still a few weeks away from riding. Thanks to everyone for all the support.
